I like a friendly house to live in, I am an extrovert with introvert tendencies, it would be great to have another extrovert in the house. I am respectful of others and expect the same. I like cooking, it is fun to have shared dinners and game nights. If you are a fun person, that goes to sleep around 10pm, and does not make too much sound early in the morning, are reliable, and responsible. Also, if you appreciate the arts that is excellent too, pay your rent/utilities on time, are a positive person, fun, social, you would be a great fit for the condo. Nice private room for rent in a patio condo, looking for a female housemate, the condo has a pool jacuzzi, basketball, and tennis court. Currently renting in the space is one female and one male housemate. There is a hall closet for extra storage. It is an artsy community, the space is perfect for a young professional, ASU graduate or PhD student, or undergraduate. It is a good location to ASU; we are located off Hardy and University. It is a three-bedroom patio condo, one roommate has a background in theater, the other has a background in Ceramics. The new roommate would share a bathroom with the female roommate. No smoking, vaping, no drugs or wild drinking, but it is a nice community that is fun. The room is for one person only. It does come with a bed available for purchase, if not the bed can be removed. The current renters are 25-46, so age is not an issue. Looking for a tidy person, must be LGBT friendly with good vibes.
