Area: Between Halsey and Glisan street. Close to Fairview Target, food carts, and Post Office. Close to Bus lines, Minutes from the highway 84, this is a smoke Free home. No pets. (Smoking outside is okay!) Looking for someone to sign a month to month lease agreement.

The house is in a safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. Location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The place has a very open tall living room which gives you a comfortable place to breathe and relax. Also has a screendeck in the backyard [no rain and bugs]. The room for rent is furnished with a very comfortable mattress bed and small desk and chair with a closet (plenty of storage). The view from the window is very nice you get a glance of nature and neighborhood. The bathroom is remodeled and great. The place comes with a very cool sunken down living room and dining area and a super cool remodeled kitchen! We would have equal amount of shelving/cabinet space. I am open for someone to help with designing my place. I am open to having more plants and quirky things.
