Seeking a swell toommate in beauyiful Irvington

Looking for a new roommate in a 2bdrm apt. My roommate has moved to a place closer to her work, so, her room is available. It’s 8’6“x12’9“, hardwood floors, upstairs, with a sizeable closet. The closet in the room is 5’8’‘x2’7’’ with two overhead shelves 11’’ deep. Items in room pics are temporary. The floors were refinished just before my/our moving in so no rude splinters or bumps. The bathroom is shared with one person (myself), laundry facilities on site, wi-fi, a/c, no proper yard, but a friendly and charming common area with plants, shade trees, and a picnic table. In the lovely Irvington neighborhood for beautiful walks anytime of the year. 5min walk to Safeway, 10min walk to the streetcar.

Looking for a female roomie. Responsible, doesn’t mind a dish or two in the sink, and preferably vegetarian. I wouldn’t oppose meaty take-out food brought into the home, I’m not militant, just, vegetarian myself and not wanting it cooked here. Sorry, on account of my allergies, no pets. I am reluctantly allergic, so, there is the occasional neighbor kitty that likes to visit. An occasional friend visit with a dog could be alright, allergies permitting.
