Hey everyone :)
My name is Brooke, 38 (non binary queer). I'm looking for a welcoming LGBTQ+ friendly place to call home for me and my well behaved Shih Tzu Yorkie mix.

What I'm looking for:
* Ideal move in date: July 15th ( can move in as early as July 1st and as late as August 15th)
* budget: $700-900 a month (willing to pay more for the right fit)
* Roommates that occasionally enjoy each other's company and also enjoy time apart.
* No party houses (okay with occasional drinking or 420 outside)
* Open communication - willing to tell me your needs and open to hear mine.
Prefer a clean environment

Bonus points for a well lit house, a fenced yard, and space for an electric drumset and a bike.

About me:
I love to create art, meditate, practice yoga, non violent communication, and occasionally get out into nature to hike, kayak, or go camping. I have long term goals of getting my masters in Art Therapy and selling my art at the Portland art markets. I am about to graduate from PSU and currently work part time as a Residential Counselor at a treatment facility.
