Entire lower floor of house in a super quiet and low crime neighborhood. Daylight basement with full size windows and lots of light. Has its own entrance . Full size bathroom with full window . Full size fridge. 1 bedroom with closet 2 full windows and other storage. Another room is good sized with a closet but no windows . Living area with 3 fullsized windows , a bar countertop, and sink . We had a couch and loveseat setup with a large TV for a little living room at one point . It's basically a 2 bed apt. Full shared kitchen located at the top of the staires. Shared laundry on lower level. Nice large fenced backyard with covered patio. Pets welcome as long as they're well behaved and get along with my black lab who's a total teddy bear. Fulltime dad with a 12 year old daughter living upstairs. Single car parking in driveway. 420 friendly if outside . Same with cigarettes. I work fulltime mon to fri and I'm out of the house early most days. Not a party house.
