Hey, nice to meet you! As a full-time student working a part-time job, I’m looking for a roommate to share rent with. Ideally, it would be in or near Portland and a studio or 1 bedroom apartment, sharing amenities equally. A bonus would be making a friend or someone I can relate to going through school or working. I would work very hard to be a kind, clean roommate. I do not smoke or drink of any kind and I would hope to find someone who is on the same page. I do not party or intend on bringing anyone over and would appreciate a reasonable similarity. I do not own a pet myself and do not intend on getting one while renting. I would preferably look for the same but am open-minded on this. Other things such as delegating roommate tasks and requests of yours, I am happy to hear and would try my best to accommodate if we can at least mostly align.
