Noise - I am typically very quiet, I spend most of my free time working on hobby's including miniature painting and gaming.

Friendliness - I generally have a positive atmosphere and am willing to hang out on weekends. But if you prefer a no-contact, co-existing kind of relationship I am also happy to accommodate.

Cleanliness - My own personal space tends to get a bit cluttered at times, however I am always sure to make communal spaces such as the bathroom or kitchen as clean as possible.
