About me! I’m 48yo clerical worker trying to escape the supply line life and get back to behavioral research. I work second shift 2pm-10pm with unpredictable overtime), so you likely will not see much of me during the week. Weekends you’ll find me out on the deck on my laptop or watching a sci-fi show or documentary in the living room.
I don’t drink much, but I do vape THC regularly. I smoke (outside only) and am glued to a screen of some sort at all times. I’m more likely to spend months figuring out how to build something than actually go out and buy it. I like trying to keep plants alive and doing home manicures. I don't spend nearly as much time on craft projects as I'd like.
I do have allergies so I prefer someone who doesn’t wear heavy perfumes or use incense. I’m happy to vet candles or other scents to find ones that won’t make my face itch. I’m an omnivore, but I don’t have preferences in anyone else’s diet.
I’m not the tidiest person, but I work hard to keep my messes in my private area or out of the way of anyone I’m living with. I try to check in with my roommate regularly to make sure we’re on the same page so the little things don’t get to us. I'm a big proponent of calm communication and compromise.

Looking to fill a room starting now, move-in date flexible
Room in a 2B/1ba apartment in SE near Chavez and Powell (move-in date is flexible, the room is open now, my current lease is through the end of April). $700/mo plus half internet & electricity (PGE has been between $30-80/mo with only me, internet is $100 total). Credit check required for landlord. Rent is paid electronically.

Front door is street level, but as stated, laundry and storage are down stairs so not disability-friendly for some.
