Hello potential future roommate(s)!

My name is Wendy and I am looking for a place to call home for myself and my ESA cat Gizmo.

A little about me

I am a middle-aged Oregon native that is a honest, hard working individual, that cleans up after herself, and has experience living in communal living situations. I am easy going, open minded, and friendly. I drink in moderation and don't smoke. I don't mind if you do as long as drinking is in moderation and smoking is done outside. Professionally I am a nanny and typically work day time hours.

In my spare time I like to go camping, hiking, movies, Saturday Market, crafts, and explore this great city we live in! I also enjoy meditation and other types of energy work and am working on re-establishing a meditation and mindfulness practice for myself.

Living Situation/Space

I would love to move back to SW Portland but, I am open to inner SE/NE as well. I would also like to have my own separate space, where I would have my own bathroom and kitchen. However, would be fine with a room and sharing a bath and kitchen. Ideally the house/space would have lots of light and a place to hang out outside. I do use scented products and eat meat. So, I would need a household that is open to that.

Roommates

I am looking for a household, with like minded housemates, who are around the same age (mid 30's-early 50's), that communicate well, are friendly, don’t take themselves too seriously, clean, responsible, and are committed to creating a safe, clean, harmonious home for all its residents. I am also looking for roommates that are wanting to be more than just "roommates". I am not saying we need to be best friends and hang out every spare minute, we have, but It would be great to share a meal together a few times a month or some other fun get together to keep communication and connection alive.

I am looking to move ASAP and can afford $1000 MAX, including utilities, but would like to stay around $850 if possible. If interested, please feel free to contact me.
