About the space:
It is a 2 bed 2 bath in a quite nook of the Raleigh West area. The apartment is large and freshly renovated, so the flooring, paint job, windows, and appliances are all brand new. We have in unit washer and dryer and a super cute balcony patio. The kitchen is spacious with full sized oven/stove and fridge/freezer. There’s quite a bit of storage space throughout the whole apartment. Each room has it’s own thermostat, which is super nice for controlling your own bedroom temperature.

You get the master bedroom with the private bathroom, as well as the covered assigned parking spot. Your room overlooks a lovely little creek and has two large windows. The closet has sliding doors and lots of space.

The neighborhood is under quite a bit of construction right now, but it’s not too loud or disruptive. There is a bike path that leads from the building to a big open park behind us. We are in walking distance of many stores and restaurants, and we’re about a 10 minute drive to downtown Portland with mild traffic. I’ve had no issues at all with disruptive neighbors.

I do ask that you’re able to commit to a 1 year lease. Exact rent price may vary a little, as I have not gotten any notice of rent adjustment for the new year. Right now, rent is about $1700 all together, and the tenant with the master bed and parking space pays about $900.
