Hi! I’m Theresa — I work full-time in marketing and work from home most of the time, but I also go into the office. I love a clean, safe, beautiful space and appreciate open communication. I'm someone who will always look out for you and our home. I’m respectful of shared spaces and always down for the occasional wine night, vent session, or catching a show together — but I also completely understand the need for personal space and quiet time, because I value that myself.

I’m friendly, warm, and really want to create a peaceful, welcoming environment where we both feel at home. Outside of work, I’m into skincare, film/TV (especially rom-coms, drama, and action), cooking, and real estate.
