Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Close to the L, J, M, Z and G train.
The place was renovated in 2015 so everything is in great working order. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor. It has a built in electric air conditioner/heater which works great. Its down the hall from one of the bathrooms which you'll share with just one roommate. You'll also have access to our huge living room complete with L sofa, projector, and storage. Additionally there is a huge kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. We also have a private roof deck which is next level. Water is included, electricity is ~$50 a month, less in the spring, and internet is $12 a month. Who are we?
My roommate and I have lived here for three years and absolutely love the apartment. We are two guys in their 20s/30s who live a pretty laid-back lifestyle.
