I'm 30 years old, and have lived in New york for just over a year. I moved here from Oregon to work at my dream restaurant, Eleven Madison Park. I am now the Chef De Cuisine at Luthun in the East Village. I work alot, but still make time for a work / life balance. I love plants and have a bunch of them, some say too many. I ride a scooter, but not for much longer with the seasons changing. Food is my favorite thing, but because of my job, I rarely cook at home, so I eat out / order in alot, and spend most of my time at home in my room. I spend my day off reading, taking pictures, writing recipes, eating whatever cravings I have, and mural painting.
Also, I support blacklivesmatter, LGBTQ, and Planned Parenthood, and hope to find a place with like minded people
