My housemate is leaving the city so I am looking for 1-2 people to live with for a July 1st move-in.
I'm pretty easygoing but do value cleanliness & would want the same for anyone I live with.
My ideal locations are East & West Village, Flatiron & Kipps Bay - but I am flexible for the right place and fit.
In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, running/going to the gym and am always looking to try new restaurants.
I am in the office most of the week & tend to be out of the house a good portion of the weekend.
Side note: I'm currently living in East Village in a 2 BR - rent will be about 2k/month next year. The place has decent living space [for NY] and moderate-sized bedrooms - I am happy to send pictures if this is interesting.
