A spacious 2 BHK right by Madison Sq Park for $4500 ($2250 Each). I am looking to sign the lease for a year starting April 1st or May 1st. Looking for another roommate to sign the lease with me. I am a Software engineer working from home. I like to keep a clean space, I clean up everything after myself. I am really easy going and accommodating if you wanna have people over late at nights or about any noise in general. I am 27 and hoping to share the apartment with someone in their 20's so we'll have similar lifestyles. I am new to the city, moved here recently from DC.
