big chef/foodie here, so never a shortage of good food and good smells in the house. Will always clean up by the end of the night, and like to go to bed with a clean kitchen awaiting me the next morning :)
Would be great to be friends with my roommate and check out the neighborhood and local spots/bars/restaurants etc, but also fine doing our own thing
have a cat, Zipper who is the most adorable and cuddly cat ever (and acts more like a dog too; will come running to greet you when you come home).
grew up in NJ, and lived in Brooklyn (East Williamsburg) for some time before COVID
Will likely WFH 2-4 days a week, but work is fairly flexible on this so it may shift depending on the week/weather/how heavy work is etc
