I am laid back guy looking for an apartment near to public transit for getting to work in a reasonable amount of time. Currently I am a Program Director at a Communinity Based Organization in the midtown area living in West Chelsea. Starting in November 2021 i am starting work at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. I am not a party guy but don’t mind if you do just don’t like messy drunks or tweaked out users.
