Karel C - $1,900/month

Hi everyone, I'm Karel. I recently moved to NYC from Portland, Oregon for work and am looking for a roommate to sign a 1-year lease with starting in April.

I usually spend my weeknights either going to the gym and playing basketball or getting dinner with friends. My weekends tend to be one night staying in and one night going out. I'm pretty laid back and respect the boundaries and personal preferences of others. My work schedule is currently hybrid with 2-3x in the office.
