Share brand new luxury multifloor home very easily and quickly accessible to Manhattan with a single, stable, well educated, hard working guy who is almost never home......and a quiet lovely miniature schnauzer and kitten. They mostly stay downstairs in my private area. Your floor has 3 bedrooms, two of which are taken by long term professional single males whom you're welcome to speak. We are all busy, see each other rarely but are like a family. They love the house and dynamics. We live in luxury in a frequently (every two weeks) professionally cleaned home, fully furnished and stocked common areas including living, dining, kitchen, rooftop, backyard, Cable and WiFi throughout, Poland Springs water and dispenser for all to use, papertowels, towlet paper, garbage taken out, etc etc....EVERYTHING taken care of by me as I live on premises. You just enjoy. :)
