I'm a dancer/performer, and dance is my favorite thing in the world, and I love training here in the city. I also love going for walks, going to the gym, cooking and baking, reading, and listening to all kinds of music (especially Lord Huron and Hozier). hey y'all! my pal Frankie and i have a room opening up at the end of the month and we're looking for a new roommate!! here's a little about us and the apartment:
- i'm oliver (he/him)! i'm 23 and i'm a professional dancer-singer-actor here in nyc, after growing up in michigan and going to school in chicago. dance is my most favorite thing in the world and i love being able to pursue it here in the city. i work two part-time jobs between contracts - personal training and serving - so i'm a busy bee! i also cook most of my own meals because i have to be low-sodium for medical reasons, but luckily, i love cooking and baking! ☺️ other than that, i love (decaf) coffee, the holiday season, books, working out, long runs/walks, and music - especially 80s music, hozier, and lord huron. i'm quiet and keep mostly to myself at home, and i like to help clean whenever i get the chance! i wake up STUPID early for work most days, but i try to be as quiet and quick out of the house as possible. and you're more than welcome to borrow my physiotherapy tools if you ever need!
- I'm Frankie (they/them)! I'm 25 years old and work in the Financial District as an operations assistant at a design firm. My interests include theatre, writing, astrology, tarot, and contemporary romance books! I'm very quiet and keep to myself for the most part, so you'll never have to worry about overhearing me rehearsing theatre stuff or bothering you with astrology and tarot stuff. While I typically keep to myself, that doesn't mean we can't be friends! I go to sleep and get up earlier during the week, but I always do my best to stay quiet and not bother anyone in the mornings. If you think Oliver and I sound like chill roommates, hit us up so we can get ball rolling. Looking forward to hearing from potential roommates!!
the house is a 3bd 1.5ba off the ABCD stop at 125th! you get the front bedroom next to the half bath, and frankie and i are down the hall. ☺️ there's a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in unit, and the rent is around 1600pp for this coming year; utilities have never been above 80pp (even on the expensive months running our ACs.) your room has two big ol' windows and a big ol' closet as well!
