Hey everyone! I'm looking for a roommate(s) for a late October/November 1 move-in (my current lease is up Oct 31). Would be interested in living in/around the EV/LES or Williamsburg/Bushwick but I'm flexible. Max budget around 1650/1700.
A bit about me: I'm 23, outgoing and sociable but also pretty laid-back. I love to run, cook, watch new tv/movies, and spend time with friends (going out, trying new restaurants, etc). I work a consulting-ish job and am typically in the office Tuesday-Thursday and working from home the remainder. I'm definitely into keeping common spaces tidy/clean and am 420 and LGBTQ friendly (I'm gay so, let's not have that be an issue lol). As for an apartment environment, totally cool with having people over and there being some noise here and there (within reason obviously).
