Sarah S - $900/month

Looking for someone to find a place with, or someone who has a room available. I can't move in until September. I'm a very easy going person (I know everyone says that... but it's true). I just ask for basic human decency and communication. If someone is going to come over, just let me know that's totally fine. I don't need the place to be spotless but I refuse to clean up after someone all the time. I will always respect privacy and common spaces, I clean up after myself and am pretty quiet/ keep to myself. I do want someone I can get along with but we don't have to be best friends. I just don't want a tense and awkward situation for anyone. If there is ever a problem I would like to think I'm easy to talk to and will not approach it in an aggressive manner but I do highly value TALKING about it instead of holding stuff in.
