Hi! Looking for two roommates to co-lease a 3-bedroom at Avalon North Station (right at North Station) — about $2,250 each plus utilities, moving in 07/07/26. I'm 26 and easy to live with: I keep my space clean and tidy, I'm quiet, and I prefer a calm household to a party one. My sleep schedule isn't fixed — it drifts, so some stretches I'm up late and others early, but I keep noise down at off-hours regardless. Outside that I'm into psychology and anime. Looking for people who are respectful, communicative, and reasonably tidy; queer-friendly is a plus. I'm car-free, so being right at North Station (Orange/Green Line + commuter rail) is ideal.
