Mahon Y - $750/month

My name is Mahon Yoder and I am moving from Idaho to attend graduate studies at Boston College. I would be moving in August but could pay for July. I would likely want a two year lease as my program is a two-years masters program and am happy with a one year lease. I have a very good credit score and enough savings for grad school to cover well over two years in rent though I do hope to find part time work once I move to the Boston area. 

I am 33 years old and have mostly worked with youth in therapeutic and behavioral health settings. I have a lot of experience with roommates and quite enjoy communal living. I tend to be more social and enjoy occasional meals together as well as casual hang outs but have also lived with enough roommates with varying social preferences that I am very okay keeping to myself and being more independent. I do generally prefer hanging out in common spaces over hanging out in my room but always make sure I clean up after myself and don't keep any personal items in group areas. I am a fairly clean person who deeply appreciates roommates who work together to keep a space in good condition. Please let me know if you would like any other information about myself.
