Central East Austin room for rent.

Howdy! I'm renting a room in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house with a large backyard. It is super walk/bike friendly. Housemate MUST be LGBTQIA+ and dog friendly.

Within a 10 minute walk you're at:
. East 6th street (perdernales, think la Holly)
. HEB on east 7th
. Webberville bars like murrays tavern and kitty cohens

Your space:
. Unfurnished bedroom (upstairs)
. Shared wall with smaller office bedroom (occupied during my working hours only)
. A full bathroom pretty much to yourself (I'll use the one in my bedroom)

Shared space (furnished)
. Good sized kitchen with barsools
. Open living room with large mounted smart TV
. Couch / chairs/ TV center
. Art, lamps/ light fixtures
. Pop up dining table (fitting a full sized dining table may be a squeeze, so we can use this for meals)
. Garage with storage (big enough for one car and bikes - we can sort out who parks where, as there is also a large driveway)
. Large fully fenced backyard with grass and some trees
. Outdoor bench / I'll have a grill and am considering a small above ground pool

I also have a super cute 1yr old dog (20lbs) who is "chill", a "wallflower" has high social awareness - her doggy training / social club report card.
