Local queer who loves to bike, grill, see live music, and hang out with my small/ medium sized dog. I cook often (friends and roommates welcome to join), like to keep clean communal spaces (no dishes left in the sink, etc), and have had great experiences with random roommates turned friends.
I've been in Austin for the majority of the past 15 years, and found a spot just a 10 minute walk to the HEB on 7th that is close to bars on webberville and perdernales and east 6th.

Howdy! I'm renting a room in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath house with a large backyard. It is super walk/bike friendly. Housemate MUST be LGBTQIA+ and dog friendly.
Within a 10 minute walk you're at:
. East 6th street (perdernales, think la Holly)
. HEB on east 7th
. Webberville bars like murrays tavern and kitty cohens
Your space:
. Unfurnished bedroom (upstairs)
. Shared wall with smaller office bedroom (occupied during my working hours only)
. A full bathroom pretty much to yourself (I'll use the one in my bedroom)
