About Me
I’m a mature professional, educator, writer/author, artist, and musician. I have a PhD and work as a clinical nutritionist and biochemical analyst, primarily from home. I enjoy intelligent conversation, have a good sense of humor, and like a reasonably healthy lifestyle.
I’m friendly and social, but I also value quiet time and personal space. I’m neat without being obsessive, definitely not a fan of clutter, a non-smoker, and a social drinker. I’m spiritual but not religious and politically liberal, so I’d prefer someone who is comfortable sharing a home with someone whose views may or may not be the same as their own.
And then there are Salvador and Dali, my two very sweet young twin-brother cats. They mostly hang out with me and are surprisingly respectful of personal space, considering they are cats and therefore technically believe they own the apartment.
I’m looking for someone mature, responsible, considerate, clean, financially reliable, and comfortable with cats who wants a pleasant home rather than just a room to sleep in.

If you’re a mature, responsible roomie who doesn’t mind very sweet kitties, you won’t find a better deal than this in Austin. I’m looking for a roommate by July 31st. Month-to-month. This awesome apartment is off 620s in Lakeway/Bee Cave, close to the Galleria, 25 minutes from downtown Austin. Your rent is $1061/mo. Includes a garage. Shared utilities. Plus last month’s rent as a security deposit. Your space includes a private bedroom, a private bath with all the amenities, a pool, and a gym. Your room is on the other side of the apartment, so you have a lot of privacy. (Everything is furnished; washer/dryer included).
