FRIENDLY INTROVERT LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE AT THE ACC HIGHLAND CAMPUS

Hi - I am a 23-yr-old native Austinite (he/him), part-time ACC student studying media production. I also work part-time retail. I like anime, D&D and games in general (tabletop and video). I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs. I’m a friendly introvert that likes a quiet living environment but also enjoys low-key hangouts with roommates and friends.

The apartment is in the practically new FiveTwo complex on the ACC Highland campus. We each have our own bedroom, full bathroom and spacious closet. We have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Common areas and the kitchen are fully furnished and you are welcome to use it all. Onsite garage parking is available. Great access to restaurants, bus lines, ACC, with LOTS of onsite amenities. We would split rent, utilities and internet 50/50. Your average monthly bill for everything would be ~$1,300. The apartment is very pet friendly and a cat or chill dog is okay with me, as long as you are responsible for them.

--Drinks in moderation or not at all
--Male or nonbinary preferred
--Neurodivergence welcome
--Interest in gaming and anime a plus!

Apartment is available for informal move-in as early as August 12. Lease could start August 20 or September 1.
