I'm a very young and active 61-year-old (Most people guess I'm in my 40's or 50's), looking to rent a 3bd or 4bd house with one roommate. There are many options around $2600-3100. I'm not stuck on a location right now. I'm more looking for the right roommate to find the right home with. I have like new full washer & dryer, and a lot of furniture, because I sold a house. I would be willing to purchase a refrigerator if it is not provided in the rental. I'm quiet and work from home part of the time and downtown 2 days per week.
