Share my 1400 sq ft home. You get your own room (10' x 10') with private bath, storage, attached parking, and full use of the house. High-speed Wifi. There's a great gym (professional treadmill, dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mat, kettle bells, pull-up bar), 3-sided fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and open layout. Your room is far from the main commons area—lovely, quiet backyard. Home is in a gated community—all new appliances, flooring, paint, fixtures when I moved in 4 years ago. Looking for month-to-month so we both have options, in case it doesn't work out. I was kind of burned by my last roomie.
