Hello and good day, I am Marti D. Lord, A female senior citizen and I am an honest, responsible and a clean room renter. My neutered cat "Shadow" is house trained if left indoors. I am on SSA/SSI with a supplementary income on occasions. I have been living in my own rented houses for over 30 years & now I'd prefer to move to a better area. I have my own bedroom furniture, refrigerator & even a washer & dryer if you need one or have a hookup for them. Other than watching the news, some entertainment & talking on the phone, I do not make much noise. I am searching for a peaceful & secure home in a quiet area. Apartments are a secondary, temporary choice for I prefer a room with honest, clean people. Thank you for reading this,
