I'm looking to move to NYC for my job in the financial district. I was looking to get a place on my own, but I thought I would explore finding a roommate as well.

I'm friendly, chill, and no drama, looking for the same in a roommate. I'm not too picky who you are, what you like, etc doesn't matter to me as long as we get along enough to be good roommies to each other.

I like to sleep in on the weekends but sleep pretty heavy so I'm compatible with other types. I'll be in the office during working hours M-F, and I'm adventurous and like to explore and see the sights in my spare time. I'm almost halfway through my Master's degree and will also be studying for the Series 7 exam for work, so I'll probably be pretty quiet when at home while I'm studying, but I like to chat, too and hoping to find time to hang out, too. I'm a neat person in shared areas and clean up after myself, and am semi-orderly in my own space. I love animals but don't have plans to get any right now. I also don't mind if you have any pets.

I start my job on July 24, but I can do an AirBnB while waiting for a room or if we sign for an apartment together waiting for that too.
