I have a room opening for Feb 1st which is 15 minutes to Manhattan. This is off the L/M trains myrtle wyckoff station which is a 5 minute walk away with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It's located in Ridgewood right next to Bushwick which are both very popular neighborhoods for recent college grads.
Rent is $1225 furnished and including utilities, this room particularly does not have a lot of natural light so great for just sleeping after a long day at work. The roommates are all great and make 40x rent + high credit score and/or flexibility with guarantor for like undergrad/ masters students.
House rules: no pets, no couples, no dirty dishes in sink, and no shoes in doors
