Both introverted and extroverted, I balance alone time and socializing, but rarely have guests over. I don't cook, smoke, drink, or do drugs, but I do clean and chores to maintain common/my areas as needed. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, watching movies, and visiting museums/parks.

I'm looking for a safe room or shared apartment rental with roommates in Downtown/Midtown/Upper West+East Manhattan NYC, specifically renting a small private bedroom. My budget is $1.3K/month and move-in date is 10/1/24 (both flexible). I'm open to apartment type, bedroom count, stay length, and amenities. However, I'm usually busy working full-time from home remotely, so would like a quiet apartment with good Internet access in order to have meetings/calls.
