Zack - $1,600/month

I’m a recent college graduate from NJ looking to move into NYC, ideally Manhattan. I work from home, but occasionally have to travel to locations within the city for work. I have two dogs at my parents house, so I’m pet friendly but don’t intend to bring them with me.

I’m LGBTQ friendly and am pretty clean. I tend to not really entertain on my own, but don’t mind if others do. My move in date is flexible since I still live with my parents but would like to have a place of my own soonish. I’m perfectly fine with just splitting rent, but I’m also fine with getting to know and become friends with my roommate.
