I'm leaving New York at the end of February 2025, and need a sublet to see out the remainder of my lease to August 31. I have two roommates who are really nice and easy to work with, and the apartment itself is quite good for the amenities and location it's in. Almost everything someone would need is already in the apartment (furniture, wifi, etc), so moving in would not be much of a hassle.

Single-room sublet available in Wiliamsburg from March to August 2025. Room includes AC/heater, closet, as well as any furniture the sublet wants to keep from the previous tenant (desk, dresser, bed frame). Other amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large gas stove/oven, and back deck/patio. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Metropolitan-Lorimer L station, and a 5 minute walk from the Hewes J/M station. There are already two other roomates, so the rest of the apartment is furnished with wifi and TV.
