Hi! I’m a 24-year-old young professional currently living in Manhattan. I moved to the city with my elderly cat in July and we’ve been living in a studio on the Upper East Side. During the week I work as the social media coordinator for a magazine, and on the weekends I work at a bakery for some extra cash. I’m looking for one or two 20-something, female-identifying roommates who wouldn’t mind becoming friends, too.

I’m working from home at the moment, but hoping that will change later this year (my current lease isn’t up until July). As far as lifestyle, I’m a pretty neat person, especially in common spaces. I like to share mealtime and maybe watch shows together, but I also like my alone time and definitely appreciate quiet time at night. The ambiance of my space is really important to me, so I’d love to do some decorating together. Since I’ve been living alone, I do have some furniture & kitchen supplies that I’m happy to contribute to our space.

I would love to find some roommates who also work in the journalism/media space, but I’m open to others, too. Some of my other interests include: cooking, baking, reality shows, bad movies, trivia nights, traveling, studying French (I lived in France for a year), finding cool shops and hangouts. I would love some roommates who would like to become friends, but I’m open to something less involved as well.
