I'll be moving to the DMV area at the end of August for a new job in Manassas and hoping to find someone to rent with. I'm in my 40s, clean, respectful, and like to have a peaceful home. My budget is around $1100/month and I'm open to living in different areas. I have one friendly cat, but can't have additional pets.
