Hi there! My name is Lidiya and I'm looking for 1-2 female roommates to rent and share an apartment or a townhouse with.

I'm a professional female, aged 43. Available to move at the end of August. My budget is around $1000/month. I'm looking in the Manassas area, Woodbridge, or Centerville (open to other locations within 30mins of Manassas). I have a friendly gray cat (but unfortunately cannot have other animals).

I already have all of the common furniture (see pics for an idea of my style, though I now have a new couch). So you'd just need to furnish your own room.
