I am 18 years old, I recently Graduated from Osbourn Park High School. I am looking to move out of my parents house and become independent I found this really nice place near Princeton Woods Apartments (If you are interested please let me know). I currently work at the chick fil a in Dumfries right by the highway (as of right now I am a part-time team member but once the new school year starts I will be a full-time worker). I love listening to music, I love cats, I like to think that I am a well-mannered person, I also enjoy communication because it is a big influence in almost any relationship, so if you don't like something about me or my way of living. This lovely two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located right off of Dumfries Near Potomac High and Middle School. The front office is walking distance from all the apartment buildings, with an outdoor connected pool. The community also offers a 24/7 hour gym, While I was not able to check it out I am sure the gym is just as wonderful as the rest of the community. Everyone is very welcoming and I got to meet a couple of the residents living at this location. The apartment itself offers a newly installed carpet for the whole floor except the kitchen area which is hardwood flooring. In that same space connected to the kitchen is the small laundry room (has a washer and dryer) as well as the internet box. The master bedroom (which is slightly bigger than the other bedroom) is connected to the bathroom and offers a window view to the exterior. The other bedroom is just as nice just not connected to the bathroom. The living room is spacious enough for a small to medium couch set. with a free of charge cable tv already installed in the room. If you're interested I do have an application and if you want to get yourself out of doubt we could also find a time to go back to the apartment and look at it together. However we do need to meet a minimum combined income of 45k a year. For rent itself it is 1950 and the only other appliance we would have to worry about would be electricity, I asked the nice lady how much on average residents pay for electricity and it falls around 80-180 dollars depending on how much electricity is used in the home. They require a fully filled out application from both applicants at a 35 check or money order for each application (no cash accepted), the security deposit (which is due on the day of move-in) is 500 dollars which I am thinking is also splittable at a nice number of 250 between the two of us.
