Hello, I'm looking for a new roommate since my former roommate graduated and moved out. Rent is $1250 + utilities (usually about $100). Must be okay with cats and small dogs and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

ABOUT ME:
I'll be a 2nd year law student at CUA in August. I love plants and cover my windowsills in them. I cook most of my meals at home. I have two cats (Onslow and Dumbledore) and a small beagle-mix (Milo). All are quiet and well-trained. The litter box is automatic and in my room so there is no smell. I'm a neat person who cleans the kitchen each night before going to sleep.
