Hey!

I’m 29, raised in Brooklyn (currently out in LI) and starting a new engineering job in FiDi. Looking to team up on a luxury spot in Brooklyn—thinking Bushwick, Crown Heights, Bed-Stuy, Williamsburg, Downtown BK, or Flatbush. Ideally less than 35 mins to FiDi (40 max if it’s a gem).

A little about me: I’m into basketball, the gym, concerts, and comedy shows. I cook on weekends, keep things clean and organized, and I’m a night owl but good about keeping noise down. Also a fan of smart-home gear (robot vacuums, smart lights, all that).

Non-negotiables for me are in-unit washer/dryer, my own bathroom, and a balcony/outdoor space. I’d love a building with solid amenities (gym, doorman, rooftop, package room). No pets at the moment, but I’d like the option down the line—so a pet-friendly building is a must.

Budget’s around $2k, up to $2.5k for the right place. Looking for roommates in their late 20s–30s who are clean, respectful, and easygoing.
