Looking for someone to take over the second room in my East Village apartment in July, or starting sometime in the fall.
On the cleaner side, but I also think a place should feel 'lived in'. I wfh and I'm a night owl by nature (but not a noisy one).
A little more about me: I love exploring the city, thrifting, making art, pilates, and hanging out with friends. Always looking to discuss and discover new media so I'd love to hear about any books, podcasts, movies, or tv shows you've enjoyed lately. I'm a foodie who's always looking to try new things and in search of the best chocolate chip cookie and veggie dumpling in nyc!
My social calendar is fairly busy, so I primarily treat home as a space for solo recharging. Mainly looking for a 'friendly coexistence' sorta roommate relationship.

Looking for someone clean, kind, and communicative to move into a room in this lovely East Village apartment.
The unit is up only two flights of stairs, has a washer/dryer in unit, exposed brick, a large and well-furnished common area, and bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment.
