I'm a data scientist who moved to NYC about a year and a half ago and have been living in Bushwick, but I've realized I spend most of my time in Manhattan, so I'm looking to move closer. Ideally lower Manhattan like East Village, Gramercy, Flatiron, etc., but also open to Williamsburg, or somewhere around Downtown Brooklyn.

I tend to work longer weeks since I am at a start, so usually 10+ hour days, and then I try to be consistent about running. I'll try find some balance during the week by hanging out with friends or grabbing dinner on a weeknight.

I'm currently training for my second marathon and starting to map out a path toward triathlon in 2027. Weekends I tend to hit a long run, started getting into photography, and hanging out with friends

I would say I am semi neat (not obsessive but like to have things sorted) and I don't smoke. Looking for a roommate who's similarly driven, passionate about something, relatively clean, and down to occasionally grab coffee or share a random hobby. Ideally we'd actually become good friends.
