I'm Zoe, 27, an actress currently based in the UWS and originally from Singapore. I've lived in New York City for 2 years now and am looking for somewhere else when my current lease expires. Open to a Oct 1 to Nov 1 move-in.

I'm female, a non-smoker, very clean, laidback, never have issues paying rent on time. My schedule is pretty flexible depending on what show I'm currently working on--I tend to be out in the daytime for rehearsals/auditions and if I'm in a show I'm busy all evening. I also tend to be out on the weekends.

I'm international and so only have international credit/guarantors, and would need approval requirements to accept a third party guarantor company or something of the like. A sublet would be the most ideal!
