Looking for clean and respectful roommate.

I have a spacious FLOOR available in our downstairs living area (with a private bathroom, mini fridge, some cabinets/storage space) and a communal kitchen upstairs.
It kind of will feel like your own studio/1BR apartment.
It is above ground so there is more light in this space than upstairs where I am haha.

(There is also a backyard that is unfinished but a project I have had to put on hold at the moment.)

30th Avenue stop in Astoria, quick 5 minute walk to the N or W train. There are also Citibikes and buses all around.
15-20 min subway ride into the Manhattan.

The street I live on is pretty residential and quiet but if you want to go out and have fun, the next block over has tons of restaurants and bars.
