I am 65, work as a Software Engineer, currently upping my skills studying Fullstack Software Engineering. I have a secure income and wiling to spend up to $1600 toward rent. I'm looking to share with up to two people and who are ready to move by November 1st.

I'm quiet, up by 4 or 5 am, in bed by 10:30pm. I'm also an accomplished guitarist, and sometime play at home for practice. I perform as an entertainer 3 to 5 times a year.

During the week I'm either at school studying Software Engineering in Queens or I'm out playing music at some local venue.

I'm a non-smoker, I rarely drink, and I don't do any drugs, vaping, or anything related to drugs and seek the same in a roommate. I go out socially on occasion mostly for dancing, I enjoy bike-riding, exploring Central Park and the city, and I like to cook an bake.

I am clean, would like someone who is clean as well! I don't mind a non-binary roommate, provided that my binary existence is fully respected as well.
