The Space
We have an open room in Tribeca on Lispenard Street with a great view into Soho for rent starting July 1st, can be either unfurnished or furnished, up to you.

This is a HUGE apartment with about 1800 sqr feet, 1 living room for tv/sports and another living room also for tv or videogames (seen in pictures) and 2 bathrooms, huge in-unit laundry/drying machines shared between 4 roommates.

We are very friendly and most of all, clean. If you prefer a quiet space but also enjoy roommates who can kick it with you whether is watching football, the office or just playing some Fifa, this place is for you!
You will be sharing this space with Sam, Tyler and Scott who are finance/consulting professionals and more importantly: generous, friendly, respectful and very clean (no dishes in the sink)!

The room itself is very sunny and probably the best view in the house as you get the entire Soho and Chrysler tower. If you want it to be furnished, we can coordinate buying the furniture from our previous roommate. The furniture would be a nightstand, tv, lamp and an extremely comfy queen-sized bed with box spring and Purple (the brand) mattress which are pretty much brand new with not a single stain anywhere.

Also once you moved in, you will immediately realize how convenient the location is as you have every single line within a 5 minute walk (ACE, QNRW, 6, JZ…etc).
