Spacious Room in Awesome Location

Hi there,

Have a temporary room available in our 3 bedroom apartment in a prime location in Midtown. Sublet would be from October 1st and end December 31. (That end date can be flexible since it's the holidays.)

Current roommates are two gay male mid-twenties professionals (I'm a photographer and the other works in hospitality). Would prefer someone quiet and professional as well—definitely open to grabbing dinner or watching a show but a little past the age of staying out to 4am on the LES. Otherwise we're pretty busy and keep to ourselves during the week—it's a generally quiet apartment.

Room:
-Ideally current furniture can stay in the room, so all you have to do is just move in
-Spacious 12x18'
-has two light filled windows, one facing south and the other east
-has two in-room closets (I know, insane)

Apartment/location:
-Kitchen with actual full-size appliances
-Constant supply of baked goods/food (I cook a lot for my job)
-1.5 bathrooms
-Building has a 24/hr doorman
-laundry in the basement
-elevator
-on the same block as the N/Q/R train, one block away from B/D/E, less than 4 minutes from 1/2/3 and A/C
-less than a 5 minute walk to Central Park, Carnegie Hall, the Theater District, and Hell's Kitchen
-Whole Foods is just a few minutes away
