About me:

Hi there! I've trained in and practiced Interior Design professionally and am now transitioning into Interior Design sales. I'll be working a typical 9-5 schedule on weekdays, and I'll likely be working some weekends as well. I'm also pursuing a masters degree, so I'm currently taking online classes. During the week, I'm pretty low-key in the evenings. E.g. cook dinner, relax.

Weekends/days off will vary. I take my dog to the park and I like to get together with friends.

I'm easygoing and laid back...until we get to the cleanliness of the apartment! I prefer my environment to be clean, homey, comfortable, and organized, especially the bathroom and kitchen!

While I do love meeting new people, seeing friends, I'm also a huge fan of just chilling at home with a book/good TV. Ideally, I'd spend all my weekends at a cabin in the beach/woods/mountains/greenery.

About my dog:

I have a very sweet and good-natured Australian Shepherd. He is 1.5 years old. I've taken 3 obedience classes with him and he has been well socialized as a puppy. I'm no expert by any means, but I've been very enthusiastic about dog training and learning about animal behavior since having him. He is absolutely the worst cuddle dog, so don't expect much snuggling. Though he seems to be getting "better" at that... However, he is very affectionate and knows how to share his toys. He has zero resource guarding issues. He loves every living thing that moves! Kids, adults, dogs, cats. You name it, he loves it. He doesn't bark and he's usually so quiet, I forget I have a dog sometimes...

He'll be in daycare and/or have a dog walker on a rotating basis during work days. I'll also be taking him to the park on my days off. Since he's a herding dog, he is very energetic and needs to be able to release that energy. Otherwise, he gets destructive aka chews up toilet paper and any paper lying around. If we live together, I'll make sure to install baby gates or the equivalent in the appropriate spaces.

---

Overall, I'm pretty sociable. We can be friends who hang out together or we can be roommates in passing! Either works, but I hope you love dogs, because there will be a lot of doggy energy!
