Looking for a roommate to move in, amazing building, huge courtyard, multiple rooftops, awesome apartment. 2br 1b. Perfect location. I’m a very easy going roommate!

Details: Hi all! I currently live at 185 Leonard in Williamsburg, an incredible building in an amazing location, but my roommate is headed back to the midwest due to COVID and I'm in need of a new roommate as I'm really trying to stay in this building.

I currently live in a different unit but because I already have an in with the building, I have first dibs on this nice open unit (the photos of the unit I want to move into are the ones displayed on this listing).

About the place:
- 2br / 1b
- Living room will be furnished with a couch, coffee table and a few other things. Your room will come unfurnished.
- HUGE fenced-in courtyard (half a football field sized) in the middle with trees, picnic tables, beautiful greenery and BBQs for cooking...best part of the place. It's been amazing to have this during COVID.
- Two sizable bedrooms that are virtually the same. I'm not super picky so we can figure out who takes which room.
- Lots of natural light
- A large balcony
- Price: Your half will be $1,500
- You'd be signing a 1 yr lease
- Move in Oct 1st

- I'm a pretty social, chill, and normal guy. I've never had an issue with a roommate before. I typically end up becoming great friends with my roommates.
- I have a really cute dog named Juneau. He's very loving, doesn't bark (literally ever), and gets along with all humans and dogs. He's a lab mix. He truly is an amazing pup. Definitely looking for people who enjoy living with a dog.
