Danica N - $2,000/month

I'm looking for a roommate to find a 2b2b in River North and a lease that starts in between August 15th and 31st. I’m currently working with a realtor and looking at new build high rise apartments with amenities. I'm moving from Toronto for work (software sales) so I’m not very familiar with Chicago and will be working from home about 3-4 days a week. I’m 24 and looking for a roommate in a similar stage of life that can also be a friend and is willing to explore the city and go out together (and of course some reality tv nights in)! I like to keep my space tidy, clean, and organized but understand that life can get in the way sometimes. Budget is between $1700 and $2000ish for my portion of the rent!
